As a qualified exercise scientist and personal trainer with over a decade of gym training experience, I have trained and achieved success with a multitude of different clients including but not limited to everyday Joes & Janes, gym junkies, engineers, medical professionals, pregnant and post partum mothers, educators, introverts, business people, athletes, corporate workers, tradies, tattoo artists, and people with ADHD who struggle with focus and staying consistent with their goals.
I have a keen passion for all aspects of health and fitness and possess a strong desire to support and empower clients to reach their personal goals through practical interventions such as weight training and nutrition guidance. I have a particular passion for weight training and exercise in general, as it has been a key tool in helping me feel better physically, emotionally, improve my self-confidence, and help overcome my social anxiety & depression.
